Delivery Information
Delivery Countries:
We currently offer free shipping within the US.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have recorded your order in our system and have begun processing it.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery Time
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Paris), it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1–2 days (Mon–Fri)
Delivery time: 2–4 days (Mon–Fri)
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Late Orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has been exceeded and your order has still not arrived, please don’t worry. Allow up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived, contact us and include your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us, including your order number.
