Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending the package with a tracking option, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

For faster processing, you may attach a photo showing the poor quality or damage of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, with the logo and defect clearly visible. This information will be used to assist you with your order and to prevent future issues.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Important Notice Regarding Cancellations

Due to the rapid processing of bulk orders, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. We understand that this may be frustrating, but our logistics processes do not allow cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

Note: If the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect their order within the allotted time (generally 5 to 7 days), we (the merchant) are not responsible for the refusal of delivery and no refund will be issued.

  1. Email support@olelys.com stating your order number and the new desired size. You will then receive an exchange form.

  2. Complete the exchange form.

  3. Send your order with the completed form to the provided address. Make sure the package has a tracking number.

  4. Once the package is received, we will send you the correct size free of charge.

Exchange in 4 Simple Steps (Defective Product)

  1. Email support@olelys.com and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the issue.

  2. Our team will review the product based on the images/videos.

  3. If the claim is approved, our team will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  4. Our customer service team will provide tracking information for the replacement shipment so you can follow its delivery.
